The science behind it

THeach uses Natural Language Processing (NLP) to analyze the structure of your coaching conversations. The report you receive shows how you express specific coaching skills through graphics and a written feedback on each analyzed skill. The report is not just a text analyses. The AI processes the conversation of two persons and observes the interaction on the basis of coaching competencies. Something very complex and totally new.

Our mentor-coaching system is the result of two year project. The founder (a long time ICF mentor) and a team of data scientists and AI researchers have developed a data-driven analyses integrated to mentor-coaching methodology based on the ICF (International Coaching Federation) best practice and principles.

THeach supports coaches’ professional development in a simple, scientific, affordable way. It is not intended to imitate, or even replace a professional mentor coach. it’s a revolutionary combination between Human abilities and Artificial Intelligence precision.
